Massload ML 110 Single-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Massload ML 110 is a single-ended shear beam load cell with a threaded hole on the load side, available in capacities of 5,000 lb, 10,000 lb, 15,000 lb, and 20,000 lb (2,268 kg, 4,536 kg, 6,804 kg, and 9,072 kg).
The 5,000 lb model is stainless steel with IP68 sealing, while the 10,000 lb to 20,000 lb models are electroless nickel-plated alloy steel rated IP67, all offered with open wire, M12 5-pin, or Deutsch 6-pin connector options.

The ML 110 is a single-ended shear beam load cell built for industrial weighing systems where the load is introduced through a threaded connection on the load side.
A single-ended shear beam measures weight through the shear stress in the beam, making it a compact, robust sensor that performs well in multi-cell systems supporting tanks, hoppers, vessels, and platforms.
The threaded load-side hole allows load hardware to be bolted directly to the cell, giving you a secure, repeatable connection in OEM equipment and fixed installations.
Capacities range from 5,000 lb to 20,000 lb (2,268 kg to 9,072 kg). The 5,000 lb stainless steel model is IP68 sealed for wet or harsh environments, while the 10,000 lb to 20,000 lb alloy steel models are IP67 rated and operate from -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F), making them well suited to outdoor and unheated sites.
