FSU Toolkit – High-Speed USB Strain Module Configuration Software

IMAGES

The Mantracourt FSU Toolkit is a free Windows configuration and analytical software for the FSU-SSB high-speed USB strain gauge module. It enables calibration, high-speed data capture at 4,800 Hz, CSV logging, FFT frequency analysis, oscilloscope view, and trend charting — ideal for dynamic force, vibration, and fatigue test applications.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The FSU Toolkit is a dedicated configuration, calibration, and analytical software for the FSU-SSB high-speed USB strain gauge module. Distributed as freeware, it connects to a single FSU module via USB and provides a powerful set of tools for applications that require high-speed strain gauge data capture — including dynamic force measurement, vibration analysis, structural fatigue testing, and impact load monitoring.

The Toolkit supports two-point calibration either by applying known weights or by entering values directly from a load cell calibration certificate. Up to 30 minutes of data can be captured continuously at the FSU’s full 4,800 Hz sampling rate and saved to a CSV file for external analysis. The built-in FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) view identifies frequency components within the signal, enabling detection of resonance, vibration signatures, and cyclic load patterns. An oscilloscope view supports live inspection of wave-based signals between 1 Hz and 500 Hz. Engineering units can be switched at any time after calibration, and the trend chart provides a live scrolling view of the input signal during capture.

Most Common Applications: Dynamic force and impact load measurement, structural vibration and fatigue monitoring, machine condition monitoring.
