Anyload LB100 Animal Load Bar / Beam
Anyload’s animal load bars combine two alloy-steel weigh beams a digital indicator to form a complete single-animal scale in 5,000 lb. Built on rugged 563YH shear beam load cells with rodent-protection cabling and factory calibration, it delivers fast, accurate livestock weighing under your own platform and penning.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The Animal Load Bar / Beam system is built for single-animal weighing — cattle, hogs, and other livestock — wherever a durable, low-maintenance scale is needed in the chute, barn, or feedlot. Two alloy-steel beams run widthwise beneath your own platform and penning, much like axles under a vehicle, turning a do-it-yourself deck into an accurate livestock scale. Because the beams arrive factory-calibrated, no installation technician is required: set them on a solid, level foundation, zero the indicator, and start weighing.
Each beam carries 563YH shear beam load cells protected by rodent-resistant cabling and an internal junction box, with a separate junction box supplied to tie the pair together. Adjustable levelling feet keep the scale true on uneven ground, critical for accuracy in outdoor and farmyard settings. The system reads out on a variety of digital indicators. NTEP and Measurement Canada certification make it suitable for trade-grade livestock weighing across North America.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
