563YHM4-02 Weigh Module for Single-Ended Beam Load Cells
The Anyload 563YHM4-02 is an alloy steel weigh module for 563YH series shear beam load cells, available in capacities from 100 lb to 20,000 lb. It features low profile, integral jacking for easy load cell removal, a rocker pin design for 360° thermal expansion compnesation, uplift and overload protection, and versatile mounting options for tank and vessel legs.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 563YHM4-02 is an advanced alloy steel weigh module for shear beam load cells in tank, vessel, and heavy industrial weighing systems from 100 lb to 20,000 lb. The integral jacking feature allows the load cell to be lifted out of the module without disturbing the tank or vessel structure — dramatically simplifying maintenance and replacement in the field without system downtime.
The rocker pin design allows 360° thermal expansion and contraction of the weighed structure without transmitting bending forces to the load cell, ensuring long-term accuracy in temperature-variable environments. Both uplift and overload protection are built in, along with lateral stops to prevent horizontal displacement. Versatile mounting options allow installation in existing 4-hole square tank leg mounts, and the module can be rotated 360° or flipped 180° using the same mounting holes to suit various installation geometries.
Most Common Applications: Industrial tank and vessel weighing, silo scales, hopper weighing, heavy platform scales, process industry multi-leg weighing structures.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.
For NBSCIA's purpose to check crop yield and estimate tones of manure applied and fertilizer application on test plots the Ultraslim LCD proved to be the best choice.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
