The 563WH-24A is a heavy-duty alloy steel single-ended beam weigh bar, rated at 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) for agricultural and industrial floor scale and on-equipment weighing applications. The cell body is made from alloy steel with an electrophoretic paint finish over electroless nickel plating, providing dual corrosion protection suited for the moisture, dust, and chemical exposure of agricultural and industrial field environments. Sealed to IP67, it handles demanding outdoor conditions with a compensated temperature range of -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Full-scale output is 0.5 mV/V ±2% with a 10 m (32.8 ft) cable and an excitation voltage of 10 VDC (max of 15 VDC). Safe overload is 150%, and breaking overload is 300% of full scale. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in classified hazardous locations.
Most Common Applications: Grain cart and agricultural equipment weighing, industrial floor scales, platform scales, heavy-duty process weighing, tank and hopper weighing in demanding environments.
