The Anyload 563RS is a 17-4 PH stainless steel single-ended bellows-style beam weigh bar available in capacities from 5 kg to 500 kg (11 lb to 1,102 lb) with a welded hermetic IP68 seal and a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Carrying NTEP and OIML certifications, it is designed for precision vessel, tank, and hopper weighing in wash-down and corrosive environments, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The 563RS is a 17-4 PH stainless steel bellows-type weigh bar, built for precision low-to-medium capacity weighing (5 to 500 kg / 11 to 1,102 lb) in the most demanding wet and corrosive environments. The distinctive bellows (corrugated accordion) body provides inherent lateral force tolerance and self-centering, making the 563RS well-suited for tank, hopper, and vessel weighing systems where thermal expansion and horizontal forces can introduce parasitic errors like in conventional shear beam designs. Constructed from 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless steel and sealed by welding, the 563RS is designed for continuous immersion and aggressive wash-down without moisture ingress. Full-scale output is 2.0 mV/V ±0.25% with a 3 m (9.8 ft) cable. Deflection is tightly controlled at 0.27 to 0.33 mm (0.0106 to 0.0130 in) for stable multi-cell installations. NTEP Class III approval covers single-cell (nmax of 1:6,000 for 5 to 50 kg and nmax of 1:4,500 for 100 to 500 kg) and multiple-cell (nmax of 1:10,000 for all capacities) legal-for-trade use. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.

Most Common Applications: Tank and vessel weighing in wash-down environments, hopper and silo weighing, food processing platform scales, pharmaceutical weighing, chemical process weighing, legal-for-trade precision weighing systems.
