The Anyload 363YS is a stainless steel compression and tension pancake load cell available in capacities from 1 t to 300 t (2,205 lb to 661,3200 lb), rated IP68 with a 300% breaking overload and FM-approved hazardous-area options. Its corrosion-resistant 2Cr13 stainless steel construction and full-immersion sealing make it the preferred disk load cell for washdown, hygienic, outdoor, and corrosive process weighing environments.
The 363YS is the stainless steel counterpart to the 363YH disk load cell, sharing the same proven pancake geometry and broad 1 t to 300 t (2,205 lb to 661,3200 lb) capacity range while upgrading the construction material to 2Cr13 stainless steel with IP68 welded sealing for full continuous immersion protection. The bidirectional compression and tension design delivers excellent side-load rejection and accurate axial force measurement, making it ideal for tank, silo, and vessel weighing installations where the load cell may be exposed to liquid ingress, high-pressure washdown, corrosive chemicals, or outdoor weather conditions over its operational life.
Like the 363YH, the 363YS connects directly to load cell indicators, transmitters, and Analog output signal conditioners for PLC and SCADA integration. It is a natural fit for process control systems monitoring tank fill levels, vessel weight, and batch accumulation in food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical facilities. A service temperature range of −30°C to 70°C (−22°F to 158°F) ensures stable performance across refrigerated storage, outdoor, and process temperature extremes. FM-approved and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available for classified hazardous-area process installations.
