The Anyload 363YH is an alloy steel compression and tension disk load cell available in capacities from 1 t to 300 t (2,205 lb to 661,3200 lb), rated IP67 with a 300% breaking overload and FM-approved hazardous-area options. Its pancake geometry and high side-load tolerance make it ideal for tank and hopper weighing, structural load monitoring, offshore platform weighing, and heavy industrial force measurement applications.
The 363YH is a versatile, pancake load cell engineered for bidirectional compression and tension force measurement across the widest range of high-capacity industrial weighing and structural monitoring applications. Its pancake geometry distributes load evenly across the sensing element, delivering excellent resistance to side loading and eccentric forces, critical for tank, hopper, and vessel weighing installations where perfect load alignment cannot always be guaranteed. It covers everything from process vessel weighing and silo monitoring through to large-scale structural load testing and offshore platform weighing.
The 363YH’s millivolt/volt output connects directly to load cell indicators, transmitters, and Analog output signal conditioners for integration into PLC and SCADA-based process control and structural monitoring networks. Its 300% breaking overload provide the durability needed for long-term operation in outdoor, industrial, and challenging environments. FM-approved and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available for hazardous area installations.
