The Anyload 106RS-YZ is a 2Cr13 stainless steel rocker pin canister load cell available in capacities from 7.5 t to 100 t (16,535 lb to 220,462 lb), with NTEP Class IIIL and OIML MAA C3 certification (7.5–50 t), IP68 welded seal, and FM approval (avaialble on request). Its wide capacity range and multiple mounting hardware options make it a really versatile rocker pin canister, covering truck scales, railroad scales, large hopper and silo systems, and heavy industrial compression weighing from medium to extreme capacity.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The 106RS-YZ is a 2Cr13 stainless steel rocker pin canister load cell spanning the widest capacity range, from 7.5 t to 100 t (16,535 lb to 220,462 lb). The rocker pin geometry provides self-aligning compression measurement by allowing the sensor body to rock under horizontal loading and thermal expansion, reducing bending moment errors in installations subject to structural movement or thermal cycling.

Multiple mounting hardware options are available across the capacity range: MC106RH series standard mounting cups (Type A with circular plates, Type A1 without, and Type B with circular plates) allow the 106RS-YZ to be installed in a wide range of structural configurations. Note: non-linearity tightens to < ±0.023% for capacities up to 50 t, while the 100 t capacity has a wider < ±0.05% non-linearity specification. The 106RS-YZ connects directly to indicators and amplifiers, and is compatible with 4–20 mA conditioners for PLC integration. FM approval covers North American hazardous locations; ATEX and IECEx versions are available.

Most Common Applications: Truck and railroad scales, large-capacity hopper, silo, and tank weighing, heavy industrial platform and floor scales, structural and civil engineering compression force measurement.
