The TBT is a heavy-duty tension load cell, engineered for exceptional high capacity force measurement in critical industrial, offshore, and structural applications. Available in capacities from 30,000 kg to 250,000 kg (66,139 lb to 551,156 lb), the TBT is purpose-built for the demanding force measurement tasks encountered in large cranes, offshore platform mooring systems, hydro dam gate monitoring, heavy construction, and structural load testing. Standard shackle holes at both ends allow direct integration into existing rigging systems without custom hardware, and the body’s 17-4PH stainless steel construction provides the corrosion resistance and mechanical durability required for long-term service in marine and chemically aggressive environments.

With a rated output of 1.0 mV/V ±0.1% and combined error < ±0.08%, the TBT connects to load indicators, transmitters, and signal conditioners for real-time force readout. Its millivolt/volt output is compatible with standard load cell indicators, transmitters, and signal conditioners with 4-20 mA Analog output, supporting integration into PLC, SCADA, and crane safety monitoring systems. An optional dual 350 Ω Wheatstone bridge configuration with separate output cables supports dual-channel redundancy for safety-critical applications. IP68 sealing (30,000 to 100,000 kg) and IP67 sealing (250,000 kg) cover offshore, dam, and outdoor structural installations. ATEX and IECEx hazardous-area certifications are available on request.
