This wireless Massload Ultraslim wheel load scale pairs 20,000 lb and 40,000 lb (9,072 kg and 18,144 kg) pads with Massload Advanced Weigh Scale (MAWS) software, displaying each wheel, axle, and total weight on a PC with traffic-light guidance and truck-in/truck-out records.
It supports static weighing of up to six wheels, stores customer, product, and truck data, and can export records or print weigh tickets.
Ramps are included with the scale and levelling tracks are available as optional accessories.

The Massload Ultraslim Portable Vehicle Weight Scale is an ultra-low-profile wheel load scale designed for fast, accurate vehicle check weighing wherever it’s needed. Measuring just 0.8 inches (20 mm) high, each weigh pad easily slides beneath a wheel, allowing operators to verify wheel, axle, and gross vehicle weights without the need for permanent installations.
Designed for portability, durability and versatily the Ultraslim can be used with a variety of read-out options on concrete, asphalt, or properly compacted gravel, making it ideal for roadside inspections, fleet maintenance yards, farms, construction sites, terminals, and remote job locations.
By weighing each wheel position individually, user can calculate accurate axle loads and gross vehicle weight while identifying uneven load distribution. Operators can correct overloaded axles before vehicles enter public roads, helping reduce the risk of overweight fines, equipment damage, excessive tire wear, and safety hazards.
Unlike traditional portable wheel scales, the Ultraslim’s exceptionally low profile minimizes the height difference between weighed and unweighed wheels, reducing measurement errors and improving accuracy – even when leveling tracks are not available.

Static and Dynamic Weighing
Each weigh pad includes two removable ramps for static vehicle weighing.
For multi-axle vehicles, Massload recommends using optional levelling tracks to improve measurement accuracy by maintaining the same elevation across all wheel positions.
