The ML 1200 is Massload’s rugged high-capacity double-ended shear beam load cell, purpose-built for the demanding conditions of grain cart, agricultural tank, hopper, and batch processing weighing. With capacities of 25,000 lb (11,340 kg), 35,000 lb (15,876 kg), and 75,000 lb (34,019 kg), it is sized for heavy-duty industrial and agricultural weighing systems where reliability under dynamic and shock loading is as critical as accuracy. Fully manufactured and calibrated at Massload’s VCAP-certified facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the ML 1200 is built to the same exacting standards as all Massload Canadian-made load cells. Its double-ended architecture – fixed at both ends with center loading – provides stable, accurate measurement in rigid-mount tank, hopper, and on-board grain cart installations. Massload’s in-house engineering team is available to assist with integration and custom configurations.
Most Common Applications: Grain cart on-board weighing, agricultural tank and hopper scales, industrial batch processing, vessel weighing, on-board weighing systems.
