DTX Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Laumas DTX is an AISI 4340 nickel plated steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 20,000 lb to 60,000 lb (9 to 27 metric tons) with OIML R60 C3 certification, IP68 hermetic protection, and a combined error of ≤ ±0.023%. With FM HazLoc and ATEX/IECEx listings, it is suitable for demanding industrial and hazardous area platform and truck scale applications.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The DTX is a heavy-duty nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell covering a capacity range of 20,000 lb to 60,000 lb (9 to 27 metric tons). A double-ended shear beam is fixed at both ends with the load applied at the center, providing a stable load centering ideal for truck scales, platform scales, and industrial vessel weighing. The DTX achieves a combined error of ≤ ±0.023% and carries OIML R60 C3 certification (minimum verification interval Emax/10,000 or Emax/15,000) for legal-for-trade applications. IP68 hermetic sealing and AISI 4340 nickel plated steel construction provide robust protection against moisture, dust, and corrosion in industrial outdoor environments. Rated output is 3.0 mV/V ±0.267% with a maximum excitation of 18 VDC and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F), operating to -35°C to +65°C (-31°F to 149°F). FM HazLoc (US/Canada) and ATEX/IECEx certification are available for hazardous area use. Cable length is 9 m (29.5 ft).
