CTOL Stainless Steel S-Type Load Cell
The Laumas CTOL is an AISI 420 stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell available in capacities from 50 kg to 5,000 kg (110 lb to 11,023 lb), manufactured to OIML R60 standards with IP67 protection and combined error ≤ ±0.03%. It covers a wide industrial capacity range in a single stainless steel product family. ATEX hazardous-area options are available on request.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The CTOL is an AISI 420 stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell manufactured to OIML R60 standards, covering capacities from 50 kg to 5,000 kg (110 lb to 11,023 lb) in a single product family. The CTOL is available in stainless steel construction and IP67 sealing for consistent corrosion resistance and environmental protection across the full capacity range. With combined error ≤ ±0.03%, the CTOL is suited to industrial tension and compression weighing in food processing, chemical, and stainless-required environments where alloy steel sensors would face corrosion or contamination concerns.
Ball-and-socket joint accessories (galvanized C40 steel and stainless steel) are available across all capacity sizes for tension bar and misalignment-compensated installations. The CTOL connects directly to load cell indicators and transmitters with a 6-conductor cable including sense lines that reduce excitation voltage drop, and is compatible with Analog output signal conditioners for PLC and SCADA integration. ATEX certifications are available on request for installations in classified hazardous-area environments.
Most Common Applications: Stainless-required tension and compression weighing in food processing and pharmaceutical facilities, industrial hopper and tank weighing in corrosive or wet environments, process force measurement in chemical and petrochemical plants.
