CTL Stainless Steel S-Type Load Cell
The Laumas CTL is a 17-4PH stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell with OIML R60 C3 certification and IP68 (+ optional IP69K) protection. With combined error ≤ ±0.02%, a 2 mV/V ± 0.1% rated output, and a compensated range of −20°C to +70°C, it is the high-capacity, high-sealing choice for stainless-steel-required tension and compression weighing in food processing, pharmaceutical, and washdown-intensive industrial environments. Dual-bridge redundancy is available on request.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The CTL is a premium 17-4PH precipitation-hardened stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell engineered for high-capacity, high-accuracy certified weighing in corrosive, washdown-intensive, and hygienic industrial environments. Available from 100 kg to 12,500 kg (220 lb to 27,558 lb) in OIML R60 C3 accuracy class, the CTL delivers combined error ≤ ±0.02% and 2 mV/V ± 0.1% full-scale output, making it the preferred choice for demanding legal-for-trade and certified industrial weighing applications where both high capacity and certified stainless steel construction are required.
IP68 full-immersion sealing is standard across all capacities, and IP69K certification — provide protection against high-pressure steam jet cleaning at 100 bar and 80°C — is available on request for the most demanding food and pharmaceutical washdown applications. The operating temperature range of −30°C to +90°C (−22°F to +194°F) and compensated range of −10°C to +40°C (14°F to +104°F) accommodate both outdoor and indoor industrial process environments. An optional dual 350 Ω Wheatstone bridge configuration provides dual-channel redundant output for safety-critical monitoring systems. Ball-and-socket joint accessories (galvanized C40 steel and stainless) are available across all capacity sizes. ATEX and IECEx certifications are available on request.
