The Laumas CBLS is a 17-4 PH stainless steel low-profile compression button type load cell available in ultra-high capacities of 200,000 kg, 300,000 kg, 500,000 kg, and 750,000 kg (440925, 661,387, 1,102,311 and 1,653,467 lb) with IP68 hermetic protection and a combined error of ≤ ±0.10%. ATEX/IECEx certified versions are available, making it the choice for very high industrial compression applications.
The CBLS is a ultra-high-capacity compression button type load cell, designed for the largest industrial weighing load that exceeds 200,000 kg. The load cell is bolted in place and used with an upper loading base. Constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel and sealed to IP68, it delivers a rated output of 2 mV/V ±0.1% with a combined error of ≤ ±0.10% appropriate for safety and load monitoring. The compensated temperature range is – 20°C to +70°C (- 4°F to 158°F), with an operating range of – 30°C to +90°C (- 22°F to 194°F). Cable is 10 m (32.8 ft). A dual redundant bridge option is available for dual safety systems. ATEX/IECEx certified versions are available for hazardous areas.
Most Common Applications: Huge silo or tank weighing for inventory management, huge compression press or testing machines and drawbridges.
