276EH Compression Load Cell
The Anyload 276EH is a nickel plated alloy steel low-profile compression button type load cell with a patent design top mount, available in capacities from 5 to 100 t (11,023 to 220,462 lb) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 2.5 mV/V ±10%. Top mounting hardware is included, and ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions are available for hazardous area tank and vessel weighing.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 276EH is a low-profile button type compression load cell, featuring a distinctive shallow-profile body. The top mounting hardware is included with the load cell and together with the weighing module simplifys installation directly onto tank legs, silo supports, and structural compression points.Is suited for industrial tank, silo, hopper, and structural compression weighing applications in the food, chemical, and bulk materials industries. Full scale output is 2.5 mV/V ±10% with a compensated temperature range of – 10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Non-linearity and hysteresis are both below ±0.32% for capacities ≤ 50 t and below ±1% for capacity ≥ 100 t; repeatability is below ±0.050% ( capacity ≤ 50 t) and ±0.2% (capacity ≥ 100 t). Safe overload is 150% and breaking overload is 300% of full scale. Cable length is 6 m for capacities <10 t and 10 m for capacities ≥ 10 t. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the "-Ex" suffix.
Most Common Applications: Tank and vessel compression weighing, silo and hopper support point measurement, structural compression force monitoring, industrial bulk storage inventory by weight, legal-for-trade vessel weighing in food and pharmaceutical processing.
