266AS Compression Load Cell
The Anyload 266AS is a 17-4 PH stainless steel low-profile compression button type cell with a patent-design body, available in capacities from 100 kg to 30 t (220 lb to 66,139 lb) with a welded hermetic IP68 seal and a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±1%. Designed for corrosive and wash-down environments, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 266AS is a 17-4 PH stainless steel compression button type load cell, combining the patent-design low profile of the 266 series with the superior corrosion resistance of 17-4 PH precipitation hardening stainless steel and a hermetically welded IP68 seal. It is designed for tank, vessel, silo, and hopper compression weighing in food processing, chemical, and other corrosive or wash-down environments where alloy steel construction is not acceptable. Full scale output is 2.0 mV/V ±1% with non-linearity below ±0.05% for ≥ 5 t (below ±0.2% for ≤ 2 t) and repeatability below ±0.03%. Compensated temperature range is – 10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Cable length is 3 m for ≤ 2 t and 10 m for ≥ 5 t. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Food and beverage tank and vessel weighing requiring stainless steel, pharmaceutical reactor and mixing vessel scales, chemical silo and hopper weighing, wash-down platform compression weighing, outdoor stainless vessel monitoring.
