The Anyload 247AS is a miniature 17-4 PH stainless steel compression load button available in capacities from 30 kg to 5 t (66 lb to 11,023 lb) with IP66 protection. Designed for precise OEM compression force measurement in tight spaces with inherent stainless steel corrosion resistance, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.
The 247AS is a miniature 17-4 PH stainless steel compression load button, covering a range from 30 kg to 5 t (66 lb to 11,023 lb) in an extremely compact package. At capacities of 30 kg the body is only 20 mm (0.79 in) in diameter, making it one of the smallest stainless steel load buttons available for industrial force measurement. For capacities up to 5,000 kg (11,023 lb), the 247AS grows to 40 mm (1.57 in) diameter, still far more compact than any conventional compression canister at the same capacity. The 17-4 PH stainless steel body provides inherent corrosion resistance without additional coatings. Sealed to IP66, it resists dust and water spray. Cable length is 2 m (6.6 ft). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: OEM machine frame and structural force measurement, automation system force monitoring, vehicle and automotive testing, sports science and biomechanics force plates, industrial process force control in tight spaces, medical and laboratory instrument force sensing.
