110BHM3 Weigh Module for Tension Link Load Cells
The Anyload 110BHM3 is an alloy steel weigh module for 110BH tension link load cells, available in capacities from 1 t to 10 t (2,205 lb to 22,046 lb). Self-checking with a tension loading design that uses no threaded bolt connection between the upper and lower components, it is suited for hanging vessel, crane, and overhead weighing applications.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The110BHM3 is a specialized tension weigh module engineered for tension link load cells in overhead, hanging vessel, crane, and suspended structure weighing from 1 t (2,205 lb) to 10 t (22,046 lb). Unlike compression weigh modules, the 110BHM3 is designed to transmit tension (pulling) forces through the load cell — making it the correct choice for applications where the weighed structure hangs below the mounting point rather than resting on top of it.
A key design feature is the absence of threaded bolt connections between the upper and lower components of the module, eliminating stress concentrations at threaded interfaces that could cause fatigue failure under dynamic or cyclic loading. The self-checking design ensures accurate and repeatable load measurement at each suspension point.
Most Common Applications: Hanging vessel and tank weighing, crane scale systems, overhead hopper scales, suspended conveyor weighing, monorail weighing systems.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
