The Anyload 102MH is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell rated at 25 t (55,115 lb) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Designed for onboard weighing and weigh-in-motion applications, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available for hazardous areas.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The 102MH is a 25 t (55,115 lb) nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell, designed for onboard weighing and weigh-in-motion platform weighing applications. Sealed to IP67 and constructed from nickel plated alloy steel, it achieves 2.0 mV/V ±0.25% full scale output with non-linearity below ±0.030%, repeatability below ±0.017%, hysteresis below ±0.023%, and creep below ±0.023%. The compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). There are three M20 threaded hole for top mount and the cable length is 6 m (19.7 ft). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous locations.
