The Anyload 102MH-AA is a double-ended shear beam load cell rated at 22,000 lb (9.979 t) with IP67 protection, with a over-molded M12 quick-connect connector, and a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.5%. Featuring electrophoretic paint over nickel plated steel, mechanical sensing section covers, and a flexible strain relief gland, it is engineered for agricultural and industrial weighing applications requiring rugged construction with a quick-disconnect electrical interface, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx versions available.

The 102MH-AA is a purpose-built agricultural and industrial double-ended shear beam load cell combining multi-layer corrosion protection with a user-friendly over-molded M12 quick-connect connector for rapid field wiring. Rated at 22,000 lb (9.979 t), it features electrophoretic paint over nickel plated alloy steel for outstanding multi-layer corrosion resistance, mechanical covers for additional protection to the sensing section, and a flexible cable strain relief reducing cable fatigue at the connection point. The stainless steel M12 ESCHA over-molded connector provides a secure, repeatable electrical connection using a standard industrial quick-disconnect format, simplifying seasonal installation and removal. Full scale output is 2.0 mV/V ±0.5% with a compensated temperature range of -15°C to +60°C (5°F to 140°F) – wider than most load cells for reliable performance in both cold Canadian winters and hot summer conditions. Cable length is 4.27 m (14 ft) from the cable gland. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Grain cart and agricultural equipment on-board weighing requiring quick-disconnect wiring, agricultural batch processing, tank and hopper weighing with seasonal installation.
