102EHEL Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102EHEL is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell rated at 40,000 lb and 50,000 lb (18,144 to 22,680 kg) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Featuring pin support at each end of the load cell, the load cell is suited for heavy duty applications truck and rail scales, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.

The 102EHEL is a specialized nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell designed integrated pin and ring mounting hardware. Available in 40,000 lb (18,144 kg) and 50,000 lb (22,680 kg) capacities, it is intended for scale applications where the mounting hardware design provides a specific installation geometry not achievable with standard double-ended beams. Sealed to IP67, the 102EHEL achieves 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% full scale output with non-linearity below ±0.030%, repeatability below ±0.015%, hysteresis below ±0.020%, and creep below ±0.020%. Compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Cable is 18 m long. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Rigid structural platform and floor scales, specialty industrial weighing systems requiring elephant-leg pin-and-ring mounting geometry.
