102EH Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102EH is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 1,000 lb to 300,000 lb (454 kg to 136,078 kg) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. With one of the widest capacity ranges in the 102 series including very low capacities, it is suited for diverse industrial platform, floor, and tank scale applications, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx versions available.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 102EH is the most versatile nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell, spanning an exceptionally wide capacity range from 1,000 lb to 300,000 lb (454 kg to 136,078 kg). This makes the 102EH suitable for applications ranging from light industrial platform scales through heavy truck and vessel weighing, all in a single product family. Sealed to IP67, it achieves 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% full scale output. Non-linearity is below ±0.050% for capacities ≤ 125,000 lb and below ±0.1% for capacities ≥ 200,000 lb; repeatability is below ±0.030%. Compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). Cable length is 10 m for capacity ≤ 35,000 lb and 18 m for capacity ≥ 50,000 lb. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Platform and floor scales, tank and hopper weighing, truck scales, vessel weighing, industrial process weighing across a wide range of capacities.
