102BS Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102BS is a 2Cr13 stainless steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 10,000 lb to 75,000 lb (4,536 to 34,019 kg) with a welded hermetic IP68 seal and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Carrying NTEP Class IIIL and OIML MAA C5 certifications, it is designed for corrosive and wash-down environments requiring legal-for-trade stainless steel weighing.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 102BS stainless steel double-ended shear beam load cell combines the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 stainless steel with a welded hermetic IP68 seal for the most demanding wet and corrosive industrial environments. Available from 10,000 lb to 75,000 lb (4,536 to 34,019 kg), it carries NTEP Class IIIL certification (multiple cell nmax of 1:10,000) for legal-for-trade applications from 25,000 to 75,000 lb, and OIML MAA C5 (minimum verification interval Y=15,000) for 10 to 50 ton. Full scale output is 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with non-linearity below ±0.030%, repeatability below ±0.017%, and hysteresis and creep both below ±0.023%. The compensated temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (14°F to 122°F). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Food processing platform and truck scales, pharmaceutical vessel weighing, chemical tank scales, wash-down industrial weighing, legal-for-trade stainless weighing systems.
