102BH Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell
The Anyload 102BH is a nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam load cell available in capacities from 10,000 to 400,000 lb (4,536 to 181,437 kg ) with IP67 protection and a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25%. Carrying NTEP Class IIIL and OIML MAA C3 certifications for legal-for-trade use, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions available.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The 102BH is the widest-capacity nickel plated alloy steel double-ended shear beam, covering an extensive range from 10,000 to 400,000 lb (4,536 to 181,437 kg). This makes it one of the broadest capacity ranges available in a single double-ended beam product family, suited for everything from industrial tank and hopper weighing through heavy truck scale and large vessel weighing. Sealed to IP67, the 102BH achieves a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with non-linearity, hysteresis, and creep all below ±0.023%. NTEP Class IIIL certification (multiple cell nmax of 1:10,000) qualifies the 102BH for legal-for-trade weighing in the United States and Canada for capacities from 25,000 to 125,000 lb. OIML MAA C3 (minimum verification interval Y=7,500) for 10 to 50 ton range. IP68 welded seal and lightning protection versions are available for 60,000 lb and 75,000 lb capacities. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions carry the “-Ex” suffix.
Most Common Applications: Truck scales, platform scales, tank and hopper weighing, heavy vessel weighing, legal-for-trade commercial weighing, large-capacity industrial process weighing.
