The Anyload 101RSLS is an ultra-miniature 17-4PH stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell with IP40 environmental protection, FM approval, and ATEX/IECEx hazardous-area options. At just 0.75 in (19.1 mm) in height, it is one of the smallest bidirectional force sensors available, designed for precision force measurement in miniaturized test instruments, laboratory microforce applications, and compact OEM measurement systems.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The 101RSLS is a precision ultra-miniature 17-4PH stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell designed for bidirectional force measurement at the smallest possible sensor size. At 0.75 in (19.1 mm) height and 0.69 in (17.5 mm) length, the 101RSLS occupies a fraction of the space of a conventional S-beam load cell, enabling integration into miniaturized test instruments, compact laboratory fixtures, and OEM measurement systems where size constraints would otherwise require custom sensor development. Available from 0.25 lb to 100 lb (0.113 kg to 45.359 kg), it covers microforce measurement from very low to low-capacity applications in the same ultra-compact body.

The 101RSLS features variable safe overload protection rated to the capacity: 1,800% for the 0.25 to 0.5 lb range, 1,000% for the 1 to 25 lb range, and 200% (tension only) for the 50 to 100 lb range, providing exceptional overload protection for the most delicate low-capacity configurations where inadvertent overloading during installation is a practical concern. The sensor operates on 5 V DC excitation (10 V maximum), making it compatible with battery-powered and portable instrument designs. FM approval supports North American hazardous-area installations, and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available.
