The Anyload 101RS is a compact 17-4PH stainless steel miniature S-type tension and compression load cell available in capacities of 100 N, 250 N, 500 N, and 750 N (22.5 lb to 168.6 lb), rated IP66 with FM approval and ATEX/IECEx hazardous-area options. Its disc-shaped puck form factor with integrated overload protection makes it ideal for compact testing instruments, handheld force gauges, laboratory fixtures, and OEM force measurement applications.

The 101RS is a precision miniature 17-4PH stainless steel S-type tension and compression load cell engineered for accurate bidirectional force measurement in compact instruments, laboratory equipment, and OEM measurement systems. Available from 100 N to 750 N (22.5 lb to 168.6 lb), the 101RS features a distinctive puck-style disc geometry with a central mounting bore that accepts threaded rods or eye bolts at both ends for tension and compression loading — along with integrated overload protection.
The 101RS’s millivolt/volt output connects directly to indicators, transmitters, data acquisition systems, and Analog output signal conditioners for integration with automated test equipment and PLC-based measurement systems. IP66 sealing provide protection against dust and water jets in laboratory and light industrial environments. FM approval supports North American hazardous-area installations, and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available. The 2 mV/V ± 1% full-scale output provides stable and repeatable force measurement across the compensated temperature range of −10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F).
