101NH Alloy Steel S-Type Load Cell
The Anyload 101NH is a nickel plated alloy steel S-beam load cell with NTEP Class III and OIML MAA C3/C4.5 certification, FM approval, and operating temperature range of −30°C to 70°C (−22°F to 158°F). One of the most widely used S-beam designs in North America, the 101NH covers hopper, tank, and industrial tension and compression weighing across the widest standard capacity range.

The 101NH is one of the most widely used alloy steel S-beam load cells in North America, engineered for reliable tension and compression weighing across the broadest standard capacity range in the category: from 50 lb to 20,000 lb (23 kg to 9,072 kg). NTEP Class III and OIML MAA C3/C4.5 dual certification supports legal-for-trade commercial and industrial weighing in both North American and international markets. IP66 sealing (capacity ≤ 500 lb) and IP67 sealing (capacity ≥750 lb) provide environmental protection suited to the full range of industrial and commercial weighing environments encountered in the field. The threaded mounting holes at both ends of the S-beam body accept standard eye bolts and rod ends for tension configurations, as well as compression hardware for downward-loading applications.
The 101NH’s 3.0 mV/V ± 1% full-scale output — higher than the typical 2 mV/V of competing S-beams — provides a higher mV at capacity that improves resolution. An operating temperature range of −30°C to 70°C (−22°F to 158°F) ensures reliable performance in outdoor installations through Canadian winter and summer extremes. An optional 35 ft (10.5 m) cable is available for the 15K lb and 20K lb models. FM approval supports North American hazardous-area applications, and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available.
Most Common Applications: Hopper, tank, and silo weighing in industrial and agricultural facilities; suspended tension weighing with eye bolts and rod ends; process weighing in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and food processing; OEM scale integration in standard S-beam mounting systems; field replacement of industry-standard S-beam models.
