The 101AH is a precision nickel plated alloy steel S-beam load cell engineered for accurate bidirectional tension and compression force measurement in light to medium-capacity industrial weighing, test stand, and OEM automation applications. Available from 1 kg to 30 kg (2.2 lb to 66.1 lb), the 101AH delivers non-linearity ≤ ±0.017% and 2 mV/V ± 10% full-scale output from a robust octagon-body S-beam with three threaded mounting holes on the top and bottom faces — providing multiple installation orientations and simplifying integration into custom fixtures, test rigs, and automation systems. The nickel plated alloy steel body and IP65 sealing provide reliable corrosion resistance and environmental protection for long-term use in light industrial and commercial environments.
The operating temperature range of −30°C to 70°C (−22°F to 158°F) ensures the 101AH performs reliably in outdoor and cold-environment industrial installations across Canadian seasonal temperature extremes. The 101AH connects directly to load cell indicators, transmitters, data acquisition systems, and Analog output signal conditioners for PLC and automation integration. FM approval supports North American hazardous-area installations, and ATEX/IECEx “-Ex” suffix versions are available.
