WIRELESS PDA READOUT
If a portable, battery powered handheld readout with flexible data storage is what you're in the market for, this is your best option. This system is comprised of a wireless receiver (blue rubber box), personal digital assistant (PDA), and your choice of weighing software. The Palm device communicates with the receiver via an IR signal which means that there are no wires or connectors between the PDA and the handheld unit. Simply dock the PDA in the custom molded rubber holder, start the program, and you're ready to weigh. When you're done weighing, just shut the PDA off and all the other components will go into hibernation to conserve batteries.
WEIGHING SOFTWARE
The wireless PDA is much like a regular computer and therefore requires software. Massload has developed three software packages (see options) that vary based on your weighing application. Each software comes with a windows based program that will help you transfer saved data from the PDA to a computer. While each software package is unique, all have the following common features:
- Real-time weight display
- LBS/KGS switch
- Grad size adjustment
- Zero
- Save the current weight
- Adjustable sleep interval
- Battery indication for handeld PDA
|
- Signal monitor
- Integrated calibration
- Event log
- Audible feedback
- Modes; weight; temp; channel ID
- Automatic connection to remotes
