What is a Massload Weighing System?

The System consists of two galvinized tubular steel Loadbeams complete with industry standard load cells, a digital weight Indicator and four floating feet. The floating feet screw into the load cells located inside the Loadbeams and then a platform, crate, or squeeze chute can be affixed to the top of the Loadbeams for weighing any variety of livestock. The Loadbeams are connected to the digital weight Indicator by a single cable. Dependant on the make and model of weight Indicator you choose for your system, it can be operated using an AC power adaptor or on DC power (supplied by batteries) for remote location weighing.

How Easily Can it be Set Up?

All you need is a firm level surface in your working facilities (ideally a cement pad). Screw the floating feet into the Loadbeams and bolt the weighing platform (squeeze chute etc) to the Loadbeams. Anchor the feet to the foundation and your scale is now installed.

How do I calibrate my scale?

The load beams are pre-calibrated and tested at our factory. After the installation of the platform, chute, squeeze etc. the customer follows a one-time, simple and easy to follow re-zeroing procedure (this information is supplied with scale). The system is then ready to use.
