At Massload, we strive to provide the highest quality products with excellent customer support. To demonstrate our committment to quality, our load cells have exceptional warrantteed periods and we maintain an excellent warranttee policy. If you receive a defective product and notify us of the problem within 30 days, we will cover the shiping charges to get the product back to us and the shipping charges to get a new system to you. In addition, should your product become defective during the warranttee period, you will be required to ship the product to us but we will cover the shipping back to you.
We realize that the weighing process is not as simple as it may appear so we staff a number of product specialists who can answer any questions you have related to the set up, operation and maintenance of your system. We are also committed to improving our online support and regularly add and update user manuals, reference sheets, and trouble shooting guides for the products we sell. To find them, simply find your product in the product guide (to your right) and click on its 'documents' tab to see the supporting documents that are available.
Finally, it should be noted that two of our distributors maintain authorized service facilities on their premises. If you are a customer that is in their market, you may wish to deal directly with them as they will provide a high level of service should your equipment ever require maintenance.
